I've never seen a lottery that had a number frequency matching its odds of appearance exactly. Randomness keeps this from happening. It is totally possible to win... applying a few techniques, for eample, playing in a pool with just one person doubles your chances of winning, playing with 9 other people, your odds are now 10 times as good. Heres my take on it... I live in Nh on the Mass border i used to work in Mass... When i did i did win a lot on the vendor scratchers a lot of 500s and 100s a lot of the time.. nh not as much a few 500s and 100s but not nearly like Mass.
