I checked the list from the 12/20 2nd Chance Drawing for the Houston Texans scratch off game and found that I won an autographed jersey ($450 value)! I really would have liked the VIP season tickets, but I'll take the jersey! Now I've got to wait 4-6 weeks to see who's signed autographed jersey I will receive. I respectfuly disagree. There was approximately 50% coverage of the total possible number of combinations (175,223,510) when the PB jackpot got to 325 million for the August 15, 2012 drawing. A little more than 86 million combo's (lines)were sold for that drawing, but many of the lines (numbers printed on the tickets) were duplicated, so that reduces the amount of coverage of possible combinations that were sold. Buying 300 QP and winning nothing is almost as hard as buying 1 QP and winning something. Statistically there should be at least five tickets winning something so I'm guessing the 300 tickets weren't bought for just one drawing. Even 30 at tickets a drawing for ten drawings should produce five winning tickets. Well, actually we have had 4 consecutive drawings without a single. Makes it a goood bet, but hey this is Powerball. Considering the fact that only 42% of all the PB combos have no single digit numbers, I'd have to agree the next drawing (and the drawing after that if it misses) is due for at least one single digit number. It's nice to see other patterns: The highlighted cells indicate a repeat filter settings. Now an idea would be this, look at the DE (Double Even) filter. It currently hit 2 draws in a row 8/28 8/31. You don't see all the previous results due to the screen shot limition, when a 2 repeats I will tell you the next drawing will be a 1'. Now look at the P3 filter (Plus 3 Filter) which are the numbers 1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25 etc., it has a setting of 2 in the last 2 drawings. I would say that the 2
