The South Carolina lottery, much like its neighbor in Georgia, has pitched the idea of helping out with the Tennessee lottery startup.Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TELC) President Rebecca Paul was lured away from the successful Georgia Lottery Corporation in early September. Merchants: Not enough terminals for N.D. lottery
Many North Dakota merchants, who are hoping a new state lottery will draw more customers, are fretting there wont be enough ticket terminals to go around -- and state officials say theyre right. If they put one in the Cenex in Cavalier, I need one. North Dakota may not have enough lotter

South Carolina Lottery begins accepting debit card payments for ticket purchases
Technology and the way we use it has changed over the decades, ... We're simply catching our statute up to the modern way people use money.
Haven't stores been accepting debit cards for all sorts of things for decades now?
if you loss your lottery ticket like the Guy in California that lost half of $390,000,000 you should be able to claim your prize with your Debit card purchase.
I used a card one time at a lottery vending machine

Texas House passes $337 billion budget that defunds Texas Lottery
I totally agree with you that there are other ways to address the issues that the Texas lottery is facing including the amendment of the rules.
I do not know how the Texas lottery rules reads and what aspects of it could be modified.
The reasons why the PB and MM can't be bought out as you have correctly noted are at least the following:
1. The shear volume of tickets(combinations) that must be purchased to cover all the combinations is daunting with PB at 292.201338 and MM at 302.6

lottery draws have no memory, but they have repetitions and delays from the median of a reference po
If humanity does indeed carry a hidden evolution code in its DNA whether literal, symbolic, or energetic there are several ways AI could help decipher it. Since there s no conventional scientific evidence for this, we need to think outside the box, but with logical rigor. Here are some avenues that AI (or humans with AI tools) could explore:
1. Junk DNA Analysis
What it is: 98% of our DNA doesn t produce proteins and is called junk DNA but it could have regulatory functions or something e

No that's not what he said or meant. AI could be used for routine things such as reading lab results.
Lab results are very simple. Every physical I've had in the last umpteen years I receive the printout of blood and urine lab report. It has a legend which tells the norms for each number like phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, each denoting the function of certain organs. VA lab work is quite extensive, but includes the legend as well. And the VA bold numbers too high or too low to make it e

the technology is there for them to cheat I'd bet my farm on it. It's why sometimes its fun to make up your own Pick 3 game.
Years ago, while living in Jersey, and tending Bar, I ran my own pick 3 game among about twenty people, prize starts out with $200 and builds each week if no one won. It could of been bigger if I let it, but it was getting hairy to manage with just twenty people and the increasing pot that was building.
The buy in was $10 and you got 10 combos in play for the Eve

Lottery System
What system is used for the computerized lottery systems?
ChatGPT
Computerized lottery systems typically use secure and random number generation systems to ensure fairness and transparency. The specific system used can vary, but common methods include:
Random Number Generators (RNGs) : These are algorithms designed to generate a sequence of numbers that lack any pattern, making them appear random. In lottery systems, RNGs are crucial to ensure that each number drawn is independent an
