Thank you. Some constructiveness I am hoping the electronic trail will bolster the fact that they new as well as everyone else new they were not in BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING. And they waited until after we hit to say anything. Personal tickets that are not divisible by 20 and the fact it can be shown that everyone had copies of the tickets BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING should add some weight with the judge. Plus I have proof of the turdheads fragmented participation over a 3 year period.

Not even close to right. With multistate games only the jackpot prize is a game involving other states. All of the other prizes are completely independent of what happens in other states. I figured my post was deleted because I was trying to start a lottery pool. Actually I was not going to take anyone's money. My idea was that I would generate tickets for a number for individuals, we would have these numbers on a contract. Where We all would be responsible for buying And keeping our own tickets That I generated for us. will would have a contract agreement That the individuals on the contract with these numbers if we are to win, we would split the prize. Serge, It's an approach, that's all. If you don't see the merits of using it, then don't spend time on it. In my opinion, it's interesting and it narrows the pool of numbers to pick from. Nobody is saying it's the ultimate answer to picking the winners. It's another tool that can be used to select numbers if somebody wants to use it. Best regards, Karinda

I guess my thoughts for ronnie316 in relation to this thread are: 1) Forget conditional guaranteed wheels, been there done that. They are just a means to lose more money. Wheels are only as good as the numbers you put into them so spend more time on selecting the correct numbers. If your having to use larger wheels to compensate for that fact that you cannot accurately reduce the number pool to a playable amount then your playing a losing proposition. 2) If you must use wheels then learn h
