Virginia man claims $200M Mega Millions lottery jackpot
Actually, you can claim your lotto winnings in CA through an LLC or a Trust...... The largest US lottery jackpot so far, was won by a group in Garden Grove, CA, they claimed it through a trust; if a group can claim it under a trust, so can an individual. In fact there have been a few individuals who have claimed SLP and MM jackpots in CA under a trust or LLC. The lottery in CA may not like for you to do that but, they can not stop you.

Virginia man claims $200M Mega Millions lottery jackpot
For anyone who is in California, after a Google search I finally found this information at their calottery website regarding anonymous claims of lotto jackpots: Can I be anonymous when I win? California state law requires that the California State Lottery to release the following information: your name, and the name and location of the retailer where you bought your ticket. You may request no media coverage aside from that. I was hoping winners could use a blind trust, however th

S.C. Lottery sales up by 3 percent; Powerball sales down
Some people like the smaller games and some like the games with bigger jackpots. I just play Powerball and now Mega Millions .... I see others play scratch off tickets and the daily numbers. The odds may be better on the scratch off tickets and daily numbers .... but they don't excite me. I am hoping to be the next Powerball winner from PA !

How much time do U devote to lottery workouts ?
For most players, it probably depends on the types and number of games they play or if they even have a workout or system for picking their numbers and combinations. I spend a few minutes every day updating the files of games I play and checking their jackpots, that way when I decide to play them I have all their information. I have a couple of programs that I wrote myself and hardly a month goes by that I don't see something in them that I would like to change, improve or add that might imp

If the State Replaced the lotto or a new game beats the lotto will you start from 0
You are right and i forgot to mentioned it...Whenever this new game in the future beats the lottery they will continue to make money from the 50% that they tax but the jackpots might be smaller because it will lose players....However if these new games arise that is appealing to a new wave of people, is possible the state will take it for them and supervise the game, because the state is the only one in charge of supervising betting games of large magnitude so is probably going to belong to the

Mega Game - Some Current Hot Numbers
Not using any software. I take each jackpot lottery seperately. I download the history of the winning numbers for a given lottery via cut paste to an excel spreadsheet. The initial setup or workup is a real pain - usually takes about 20 hours to do the initial set up. But once that is done, it only takes about 30 sec to update. Basically, I pulg in the current winning number via formulas in the spreadsheet, I can search the entire worksheet to see how many previous match ups I have against the c

If you were able to design your own lottery game...
One possibility, the game would be called Ottol (Lotto spelled backwards). Let's say it's a 6/49 game. Instead of 6 numbers being drawn, 43 numbers would be drawn and the numbers not drawn are the winning numbers. In other words, you're betting on what numbers would stay in the bowl, not come out. And somehow the payoputs would be wide , not narrow, i.e., more than one jackpot winner. Maybe once it hit a certain jackpot amount, over $25 million say, there would be a second, third, and fourt

Man pleads guilty to altering lottery ticket
Duh. Silence was surely golden, till he got surrounded by all the security people. Glad the mega and powerball jackpots are up to $100 million each, buy some QPs for both and hope to get one right!

Which one: Lotto I.D Picture Game Vs. Random Numbers: YOur own numbers Vs. Pre-paid...
pumpi, I wouldn't go for for #1 but if I did I would send a picture of Dr. Zaius from Planet of thr Apes. For #2 for me would be $2 for the 8 draws, $5 a drawing is more than I play. For #3, no, I wouldn't owe any other lottery players anything. I'm sure quite a few people here at LP feel that they have already contributed quite a bit into other people's jackpots.
