North Carolina Predraws...
I have been using an excel spreadsheet to track the triples since October 2006. Considering there are 3 pretest draws, live drawing and then one post test draw, that equals 65 draws total per week. NCEL also switches to 4 pretest drawings on a whim (they say it is due to a failure in one of the pretest draws so they do another one) From October 2006 to March 22 2007, there were 11 trips in the pretest draws and -0- in the live. Then a trip in the live drawing on March 23. The thing that bo

Second Chance Drawings
We have about half a dozen second chance games that may be entered into here in GA. My favorite is the $20 game, Maximum Green. It has a top prize of $5,000,000, and all non winners can enter online, for a chance to win $10,000 in a second chance drawing. There are supposedly 10 winners picked each month. Note that I have entered this second chance drawing multiple times, without spending a penny. Now I will give you my dirty little secret. I pick out clean tickets from the trash at lotto retail

Lotto analysis of Cash 25 (WV)
I'm going by what you said........ You 'simulated playing the 6 winning numbers from the previous drawing for all 3141 WV Cash25 drawings.' If they were the 6 winning numbers from the previous drawing, how did they produce MATCH 6 = 0? Shouldn't 6 winning numbers from the previous drawing produce Match 6 = 1.

You, your state's lottery director!
Occassionally Illinois has a Green ball double draw for the Pick 3. It goes on for a few weeks if I remember right. Along with the number drawing, there's a drawing of white balls and a green one (maybe more than one green). If green comes up, there's another three numbers drawn so you have a shot at winning again with the same ticket. I'd do a promo something like this but completely unannounced until the drawing - AND A SPECIAL BONUS DRAW TOMIGHT!

Texas Pick 3 Promotion
I noticed the Pick 3 day draw result on the lottery web site looked funny, with a black circle beside the result. I looked into it and found it was actually a white ball. Texas has a promotion for the rest of the month in which a white ball or green ball is drawn, and when the green ball is drawn, Pick 3 payouts (not including the Sum It Up feature) are increased by approximately 20%. The prize chart shown has some interesting math. The exact order prizes increase by 20% minus a dollar for every

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Monopoly- Ticket#17 paid out ten dollars. 18 and 19 were duds, used it for the second chance drawing they are promoting. The promotion is the worse I have seen them broadcast...a possible chance to win up to 200$....I'm in for a fifty dollar drawing and a one hundred dollar drawing. Neither of which I am betting the farm on. Did win 50$ on $2 win for life in the bonus area part (ticket #092). Win for life though is averaging one hit out of twenty tickets and then its a two dollar win.... M

TN's RNG for Pick 5 - When did it start?
If you go to RESULTS at the top of the page click on it, click on the State of TN. It will then give you all the different drawing for the state for that day a history of the drawings. If you scroll down to the Pick 5 game Click on the Pick 5 icon - it will bring up some stats on the Pick 5 - one of these is the Drawing Method - which in this case is Computer Random number generator (RNG). A computer picks the winning numbers. Most states use the Mechanical Lottery Ball Machine. MO is another st

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
Looking at the top ten topics (excluding the priority topics) in this forum by latest replies, only 3 are about how to win . I'm not knocking the people starting those threads or the members that view and/or reply to them, but from that I wouldn't expect very many of the 96,000 members to be dedicated to creating a PB, MM, lotto, or pick-5 system. Somebody mentioned 10 members pooling $10 a piece per drawing, but then the system would be limited to $100 worth of play. When we were discussing

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Lately, I've been posting my picks to the prediction board and tonight that is what I did with my PB picks but I only got a 0+1 for $3 so anyone playing my picks didn't effect what I won. Beside since PB came to Ohio I discovered that all states shut down PB sales at 10:00PM, a whole hour before its drawing, even in Ohio. I'm used to playing MM up to 10:45PM so I was late the first couple of times I played PB in Ohio. I alway played PB earlier when I drove to Indiana for tickets because I wa
