She knows what she's doing and she'll be fine. If she knows what she'd doing why didn't she hire a lawyer to claim the prize for her so could remain anonymous? Or maybe she's just the one whose name is on the paperwork for the winner who is remaining anonymous. I have heard back from the Illinois Lottery. Lottery winners in the state can indeed remain anonymous if they win $250,000 or more. However, keep in mind, as is the case in many or all of these anonymous states, an open records request possibly can be used to dig out the winner's identity. paymentplan-man, As more and more states allow winners to remain anonymous those states don't have any problems with doing so, neither do the countries that allow it. To bad you weren't here when justxploring was posting..........she once posted about a jackpot winner who was told he couldn't claim anonymously, so he sued the state lottery and won.....becoming famous for winning his case to remain anonymous.
