Forecast #28 Level 2 has a schedule conflict so it will not count. Each state drawing within all forecasts posted in this thread must have enough time to find out the results after each drawing and then be able to play the next drawing if needed before the draw break deadline/cut off time. The state drawings in Forecast #28 Level 2 do not meet this criteria. Forecast #29 Level has already won and now becomes the new Forecast #28.
