There's nothing official about this at all. My home-brew deflating utility doesn't like deflating more than 10,000 numbers any more than the official deflating tool on this site does. However, I coaxed my deflating tool to do all the Virginia numbers and I'm reporting the top six numbers here so y'all can see why the 314 combo is a thing in Virginia.
