Big Casinos ban people from playing if they win by cheating. Apparently Big Casinos can also ban people from playing if they win by playing fairly and by the rules.

Yeah it's not like they're cheating or anything, but many, many more tickets are purchased in all the other states combined New York seems to come out on top quite often. I have a relative in Jersey City, NJ who goes into NYC a lot. I'll have her start buying tickets for me sometime in the near future, and I'll keep track of the results. I have a feeling more of my tickets from there will win more often than the ones I buy here in Missouri.

I agree with you about the lotto not being random but thats why we do the workouts and look at the patterns so we can break through NY's cheating ways. They think they are slick but we are slicker (than hair grease). We ARE NEW YORKERS for crying out loud! Who do they think they are going up against? When I read the title to this article, my first thought was Just another greedy person playing the judicial lotto in the hopes of cheating the true winners out of money. After reading about the little green book and the fact it was missing, I changed my mind. I am glad these people were able to join in the jackpot. We all know why the little green book went missing.
