State lottery discovered corrupt!
I checked Can't beat him join him! at first, but I know I'd really turn it over to a local news station. Of course, you've got to be careful since you don't want to turn on your set the next week and hear local reporter wins $50 million by guessing 6 numbers!
As much as I know in my heart that using information from illegal activities is fraud would be unethical, immoral and illegal, it certainly would be nice to win just one small jackpot before turning in the evidence.

Lottery CEO fired one day after poll
There was also evidence that players were becoming more careful, with 28 per cent of players (up nine points from the previous poll) saying they sign the back of their lottery tickets always or most of the time. Many did not place all the blame on the BCLC for fraud - 78 per cent agreed that it's up to players to check their own tickets.
Should be #1 priority with players.

Info On RNG'S
Not at all. I want ball drawings because any layman can see or measure or detect problems or fraud.
That's why computerized drawings in California, Kansas, and Tennessee had problems that festered for weeks and in some cases months -- before PLAYERS in each case detected problems by looking at the poor probability of the bad drawings.
That could never have happened with ball drawings -- and HAS never happened.
The vast majority of lottery players who discuss this issue here and on othe

Clerk tricks lotto winner, pockets money
The self scanners only lets a person know if the ticket is a winner or not. Doesnt give the value of win.
I personally think the person should have to sign a slip that prints out showing the ticket value. Sorta a cash receipt that saves from fraud or dupe'n a lottery player.

Paranoid or Prudent?
Awesome!
I've been acused by a few people in the past of working with the lotteries because sometimes I stick up for them, but in reality I just like to use common sense. The lottery is not an evil empire or something. They're just a group of people running some games, and they need to be sure that they make a profit at the end of the day. Thinking that they would commit fraud to achieve would take an enormous leap in logic.

Paranoid or Prudent?
Uh ... the lottery is not checked ? The lottery is one of the most checked government organizations. Some use two different independent auditors to check (audit) them.
They check not just finances, but the workings and measurements of the equipment, as well as security.
I'll repeat here that I think the one area that really suffers is computerized drawings. Because there is no foolproof way to audit the workings of a computer program, computerized drawings are the Achilles heel of ev

8-time B.C. Lottery winner has history of fraud
There is no law in the United States, or in Canada that prohibits a lottery retailer from purchasing lottery tickets. Just because they're retailers does'nt make them any different than the rest of us. If they win then so be it. Christ where are these peoples mind at anyway. So what they won a total of X amount of dollars, where is the fraud in that? What about the amount of money that thet've lost. They have'nt won a major game there, so what is all the fuss about... These type of investigatio

Mega Millions
Hello fellow gamblers my name is Richard and I'm new to using the guides and what not.I was wondering if there were any good systems out there for virginia's megamillions.I just baught Gail Howard's lottery master guide and it seems to be pretty solid all the way around but she doesn't really include anything in there for the powerball type games.I was also wondering how her methods measure up to all the other's that are out there(is she a fraud?) and if others don't mind sharing the informati
