No, they do not test it to prevent predictability. There's no need to, because the drawings aren't predictable in the first place. None of those plastic or rubber balls with numbers painted on them care if they were chosen in the last drawing or not. They are physical objects with no memory or ability to know anything. Of what i can tell, AI can not win the lottery and here is why... Lottery (at-east ball based ones) is a hard coded game and AI can not read the sequences and codes used let alone, the randomization process. However, if you know the codes and sequences then you may try AI to help you speed up your processing but AI alone can simply not. If you tried, the results would be no different from that of an Excel number generator.

What's earnings value ? Never heard that term used when discussing or reading about the lottery. Are you talking about earnings value from a players perspective or the lottery's perspective as it relates to running their business? Reduced jackpots are a direct result of reduced ticket sales. It's very hard for me to see how the Fla Lottery gets higher earnings value when they aren't selling as many FF5 tickets as they used to. G5
