I took a look back at all of the Saturday's in 2021 to see the total dollar jackpot amount that was won. Early in the year the total dollars won were typically in the $225,0000 to $240,000 range. Now it's in a range of $200,000 to $210,0000. Fifty percent (half) of the total ticket sales for any day of the week is allocated to the prize pool. hi justadream, in model when each player will buy his share, sign tickets In Trust of pool... and sent to each member(or central place with everybody access), what will happen if one of tickets will be winner with small prize, like $100 and member will just cash it in himself and abandon pool, i guess main idea to win big multi-million prize will cover those not honest members? what do you think? thank you, prtt

I had a bad night also. Spent 15, got back 2 lousy bucks. Remember that chart I posted. 2 middle numbers hit from a pool of 5 or 6 numbers. I believe that's the 6th ot 7th time in 38 draws that's occurred. And those pool of numbers are small. Something I need to look into much more.

a scam and in most states illegal .......a pool at your work and such is fine but when it out crops to sending money in somewhere then that's when it becomes illegal. most of the time only the ones that start the pool make the money and they can close up shop go home and since its illegal there is little to nothing you can do about it but inform but getting your money back is probably not going to happen

13557 pattern..That pattern was from a pool of 15 numbers with 32 being a single count zero and 8 being from only two six counts. The other 4 numbers from a pool of 12..Everything is happening exactly the opposite of what we think. CRAZY!! One counts now up to 15 numbers. Do we play a 22222 pattern in next or go against it.

This pretty much correct. From what I found in various state lotteries' regulation books, they put 68.0131% of the prize pool toward the jackpot, and the prize pool is 50% of sales.

What is an exceptional starting pool and what criteria does a starting pool need to pass to be exceptional? Are you talking about combinatorial covering designs, or is this related to the question you asked a while back in the mathematics forum about assigning a fixed set to each position (lowest, second lowest, median, second highest, highest)?

And it was just like I said with numbers from the pool no matter what pool is used using the 127 number to create a winning number. Exact back pair 27. There are ways around the obvious play em all approach. And you see how that other state is helpful in bringing that 17 pair out to attention. As well as creating the 454 Straight from 854 and 485. This worked out good this week. My stuff is legit.
