When we first got the Buckeye 5 (5/37) in Ohio I was positive that I could win $100 grand but that idea only lasted about 4 month so I played an occasional $5 QP. For various reasons our memories can be very selective. Oregon had the PB record for about a year, and the big jackpots are easier to remember since there aren't as many of them. Pennsylvania has a population of about 12.5 million. The only other PB states with even half as many people are Indiana and North Carolina, and the latter has only been a PB state for a short time. Maybe get the lottery officials to see the benefits of jackpot and 2nd prize winners remaining anonymous.
