emtcee1973,
I started writing my program before I ever tried any commercial programs so it's really based on what I think I need. I thought commercial programs would do more so I downloaded a few for a trial period and I liked Lotto Pro the best so I bought it. Also Lotto Pro was the only one that had data files in an ASCII format which allowed my own program to read them with a slight modification. Because I could add and change routines in my own program, I was able to get it to do more

Oklahoma lottery winners not in a hurry to claim prizes
I don't hear 33 times as many stories about people getting hit by lightning as Powerball winner stories. Those odds are a little off because:
- The odds of getting hit by lightning are higher if you stand under tall trees during a thunderstorm; lower if you are smart enough not to. Are those odds for a person's entire lifetime or per thunderstorm or something?
- The odds of winning the jackpot by buying ONE ticket your ENTIRE life are 33 times higher - do you know anyone who played onl

Pick-4 for DUMMIES List No 26-2006
States have set liability limits on pay-outs for the Pick-3/4 games.
New York has a limit of $5,000,000.00 so let's say that a total of $1000.00 was wagered on a Pick-4 number, that number would then be sold out and no more bets could be placed on it straight. Should the number fall the state would pay out $5,000,000.00 to each of the ticketholders if you hold 1, 10, 100 or even 500 tickets each would pay $5000.00 and the state would have no choice but to pay since you could sue them in court

An Alternate System
yeah i believe we live in something similar between a mixture of string and quantum world.
I believe weird things, like for example the lottery communicates in a random fashion using its own language but that we couldn't understand it. One time, i thought a lot about a friend of mine named Escalona way before and during boarding the plane to my country of origin, since its been years since i've seen him [i'll say at least 5]. I was only staying 2 weeks in the country. During a game of pool i

How do you select your numbers?
I use my own SLOT system I kinda came up with, and plug numbers into a spreadsheet, and also go on prior history.
I play 10 games a drawing night, and usually get 4 of the 5 whiteballs, just not on the same game. I have picked all 5 whiteballs maybe 12
times since early March, just not all on the same game...... arghhh.
I have a pool of about 16 numbers I kinda wheel, all I am aiming for is a pick 5 at this time.
5 months ago I hit the Powerball number itself 5 of 6 drawings in a ro

weirdo dream
You usually have to be 18 to PLAY. In the NBC series Windfall isn't one of them 16? OK so it means a 16 and/or an 18 will come out. Since it was an odd dream, look for odd numbers. Bikes have 2 wheels and David has 2 friends, so that means a 2 is coming out. David has 5 letters. Mountains are high so also expect the highest number (55). 2x2 is 4, and a pool has 4 sides.
These would be your dream numbers for Powerball:
02-04-05-16-55 bonus ball 18*.
For Mega Millions, use 56 inst

Bowl of Chocolate
Last night I dreamed I was with a group of kids and my sister Shirley. Not sure where we were going or what we were suppose to be doing, but we came upon a little country house and went in to make some Chocolate. The lady there was fixing breakfast and allow us to do this. Shirley did not help us, instead she helped the lady with the cooking.
The kids got in this huge bowl and I pour in the ingredients. before long they were all swimmng in Chocolate and it was rising higher and higher and

code breaking and the LOtto...
Some time ago I read an article about a south American lottery that used animals instead of numbers in their lottery to cater to people that were of lower education. Numbers, symbols, letters, or pictures, are no more than points of reference to something that has no point of reference.
Take time for instance, we know that time exists and passes but as to what reference? Time to us is no more than a point of reference created by man based on the rotation of the earth as to night and day and

How To Protect Yourself In A Lottery Pool
Imagine if you will if players could use credit cards or use the equity in the their home to buy lottery tickets. People who can't pay a few dollars to play and ask to borrow should be prohibitted from playing or face huge interest charges. Just as when you play the stock market and buy on margin the same principle should apply so of SuzieCoworker says Max can you pay for my share of the lottery pool I will say yes only if I get half your share so if 4 of us pay and play and i pay for SuzieCow

No delusion-100% winning method
It was once claimed by a few, that DSUM has all the combinations of the Pick 3 that there could ever be, so of course the winning number is going to be there.
This is not true. The last draw will only be related to winning number through DSUM.
Let's take for example what came out in NY's midday and evening draw on Tuesday, May 23rd. The midday draw was 936, and the evening draw was 944. 944 does not appear in the DSUM workout. Now if DSUM contained all the Pick 3 combos that there could e
