Right. They shouldn't have a problem putting a winners face and name on their website. To my mind the real question is do they require it? Theoretically they could put any given winners picture that had claimed anonymously on their website after six months had elapsed, but that's IF The Florida Lottery requires winners pictures to appear on their website like New York does. It's possible they dont. And they might not even have taken the winners picture at the time the ticket was claimed beca

The average payout might be better than 50% if some (usually scratch games) pay more, but even if the average payout is 60% paying out $6 billion would mean players lost $4 billion. Not all of that would be profit, but operating costs shouldn't be all that high, and they'd also have collected some income tax on winnings and the salaries of everybody who works for the lottery.

I feel basically the same way. When people post about taking chances or investing via lottery gambling like they are creating a start up or multinational corporation, that is complete nonsense. .No executive built a major company from lottery winnings. If someone was meant to build a company, they would have found a way to do it. Winning a huge jp does not make one a financial or business genius.
