States That Allow Winners' To Remain Anonymous
It appears that winners' in Tennessee can claim anonymously. What is the situation in your state. The Robinsons, who made it back to Tennessee to submit their winning ticket Friday afternoon, could have taken up to six months to redeem their prize. Tennessee Lottery rules also permit jackpots to be claimed in the name of a trust for more privacy. https://www.lotterypost.com/news/298522

Record $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot won by 3 tickets
Well, it's simply not true. TN is an anonymous state if you're not a freaking dummy. This is now the fifth Powerball jackpot winner in the state of Tennessee. The first 3 winners did not even try to be anonymous. The 4th winner did and he/she is sure anonymous! I spell out what they did because I had already brainstormed the same approach. I laughed so hard as I realized what they did. They used a trust within a trust. The first trust simply claims the prize and then distributes the

Anonymity for this huge jackpot. Let's settle this right here and now.
Iowa law requires the name of the person redeeming the ticket not who purchased it, or if an LLC the name of the LLC and all members. But membership in an LLC can be hidden so it is still possible to be anonymous in Iowa and Tipton wasn't caught because he turned in a winning ticket, he was caught because it was determined he bought the winning ticket and gave it to someone else to redeem. He got the scam right for rigging the game but didn't have a credible end game. They were clumsy in their a

One thing you don't seem to be taking into account...in several states annonymity is the law and not just a rule or lottery custom. In my state it is a law that covers several privacy issues related to state record keeping--so to overturn that law they would have to dismantle the current law, rewrite a substantial part of the state code, and get it by both the people and the governor. That just isn't going to happen in my state. Now I won't say that the lottery officials might not try to pres

If you're the sole winner of this over a billion PB jackpot, they are not going to let you remain anonymous. Your only saving grace is to set up a trust or a company to claim it, if your state allows it, and hope your attorney will keep his mouth shut. I mean, would rather go to jail than violate attorney/client privilege. I'm sure they'd want a huge fee for the trouble. There will be a HUGE public outcry to know who the winner is. So much that politicians will get involved. Don't be fooled! You

Arizona Lottery Website Updated
IF I WIN THE JACKPOT, DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF REMAINING ANONYMOUS? Jackpot winners are given the option of participating in a press conference. Many of our past jackpot winners have enjoyed this opportunity, and it usually eliminates receiving multiple calls from the media. The Arizona Lottery is required to release the winner's name, city of residence, game, and amount won upon request, so total anonymity is not possible. We ask each winner, no matter the amount, for a quote about
