Computerized lottery drawings not problem-free
Strutt said: No known cases of cheating have occurred with computerized drawings, . How can he say this he doesn't know, and just because nobody's been caught yet doesn't mean cheating isn't taking place. Indiana for example has the lowest payouts of any RNG state, lottery players there think the lottery is corrupted. How do the people know if a computer generated drawing isn't rigged in some way to de-select numbers that have been heavily played in favor of profits for the lottery by sele

ARKANSAS LOTTERY DRAWINGS TO BE COMPUTERIZED
statisticaly winning patterns ? What patterns are those? Are you suggesting that the lottery knows that their games can be predicted, predicts them accurately, then deliberately prevents the 3rd party RNG's in ticket terminals from generating those numbers? All while nobody playing the lottery has been able to figure out these statisticaly winning patterns and predict the winning numbers? Assuming that the lottery didn't care about the possibility of killing their giant cash cow by getting c

N.C. lottery store owners, employees winning big and often
I agree. I don't think that many of them are cheating....just that they have an unfair advantage by copying down regular winner's numbers. I absolutely hate it when the pause to look at my numbers before giving them to me. They should NOT be allowed to purchase tickets from the stores in which they work. Period. Just like radio contests and tv contests. I wish South Carolina would start investigating like California. It's pretty bad when the only winners seem to be cashiers. Maybe I should fill

N.C. lottery store owners, employees winning big and often
Yes the clerks at Food Lion do that all the time. Writing down the numbers especially if you a regular and win often. I've heard them say that the regular winners are the numbers to play. I don't think they should be able to buy at the establishment that they work at, I won't say that they are cheating just yet because if you play a lot then you will win, but let them just play at other stores to see if they are actually winning on their own luck.

Tennessee may cap lottery winnings at $600 for poor
You know what's funny about this. A lot of people call the lottery a tax on the poor. This bill will never pass. It will be too costly for the lottery. You cannot deny someone something that it rightfully theirs just because they get help from the government. I can understand if the state wants to take away or limit someone's assistance because of a big win, but that's cheating people out of a chance at a big prize just because they need help. It's just as bad as when the lotteries were selling

Lawmakers steamed about lottery promotion
Yea this is a typical 'salesman' (or salesperson) mentality. Use whatever will sell your product. Lies, false promotion, ect. just SELL the product - just MAKE the sale. I just got out of 10 years of sales in 2008 and I feel like a new person not having to do things like that. Funny thing is sales people call themselves professionals to make themselves feel better about lying and cheating.
