Probability Math keeps up with all counts,.. Alerts you with a matching pointer to each number's draw count..that's how it singles any pertinent event out..

Impossible? I was under the impression that if two tickets have the same numbers for the same drawing then there's a 100% chance that if one of them wins a prize the other one will win the same prize.

Winning with Math only and absolutely no draw History
This goes against everything I have been doing in Excel using draw history mathematics.
It is said that Those that ignore history are bound to Repeat it . We have a lot of history. Many Draws have occurred. If the previous statement is True (and it is) then I guess the answer is to ignore said histories and they will repeat.

Odds of Missing digit 8 for 19 draws in P3
Good analysis. You are definitely right by treating this problem as a binomial (Bernouli). Question: Since each digit is independently selected, you are correct, the p(x)=0.1, and p(x' or not x)=0.9 or 1-p(x); and p(xxx)=0.1^3. But since every daily draw is a brand new event independent of the previous day(s), why does it matter if a digit never showed up the day before, or the day before that...and so on? The probability remains the same.. The law of large numbers doesn't lower the probability

Powerball to lower jackpot starting point and increases due to plunge in sales
Exactly. If they didn't lower the jackpots, they would probably go broke. This is an act of god, an unforeseeable event. They have to do whatever they need to in order to stay in business.
I'll keep playing till this jackpot is won. After that, I'll still play my regular line of numbers, but I'll have to decide at that time whether to play any quick picks with the lower jackpot.
