I guess we're all suppose to email or call our state representatives and tell them the lottery is cheating us because they are holding random drawings. First, you have to be convinced that the argument makes sense. If you are convinced, I doubt if any retailer is going to allow you to post signs on his property stating your opinion. I also doubt you're will convince anyone associated with a lottery that testing and checking the equipment before an official live drawing determines the winning

If they never test the machine, what are they going to do when it breaks half way though a live draw? If you bet on a basketball game, you do so BEFORE the warm-ups which take place moments before the game, correct? What if your star player breaks his ankle in pre-game practice? One could argue that all the proof you need is in the payout/odds ratio. Cheating is when they operate differently than the stated rules. Your participation is optional.

I have been telling u guys that for the longest..it DOES SEEM TO BE MANIPULATED! The only clue I had was the 0's keep dropping even when they weren't due. that double 11 vtrac has been falling 3 times a week. that is the 55 pair, 50 pair and the 00 pair. How about they had 552 and came right back with 551? On midday they had 060 and came back 2 days later and had 950 and these were not due. Then they had 020 and the next draw was 205.....They are juicing the numbers..cheating if u want to call i

The 15 min period doesn't bother me too much, but I have to wonder, what happens if the machine fails the post-drawing test ? In any case, I don't worry about them cheating players.....with 175+ million to one odds, they don't need to cheat.
