I'm not sure what you mean, because the lotteries release 2nd place winner names all the time. I even post some of the new stories here at LP!

Idaho Lottery insists that Powerball winner reveal identity
If he had his senses from the very beginning, he could have accepted his winnings via a trust fund. The lottery can release the name of the trust fund (you can name it anything), but not who the beneficiary of the trust fund is.

Lottosync Feedback
If he doesn't release 1.8 by the end of the month, I would be surprised to ever see it.Something just doesn't seem to make any sense here.If he wanted it tested, who better than those of us who bought it?? That way you have a lot of different users, using different parameters and playing different lottos.

PB=$155 million
Hi Vision To the best of my recollection, it ended up about $314.9 Million on the eve of December 25th, 2002...the night I bought my first lottery ticket. I've still got the news release on a CD so I'll check, but I'm quite sure anything above $315M should set a new single recipient record.

California Lottery fixes major problem with Derby game
Wow ! The PET and the VIC-20 -- brings back old memories. You know, for their time, those were darn good machines !Agree the programs back then were buggy. But one back then didn't release the program chock full of bugs. The programmers used to ask selected users to Beta Test it to discover the bugs. Actually, I had a lot of fun beta-testing. Back then programmers used to often say something like Don't be afraid to hit any combination of keys you want to see if the program crashes. The programme

Record PA Match 6 lottery winner flees media attention
Crone should have accepted his winnings in the form of a trust fund. The lottery has to release the name of the trust fund (call it anything you want), but not who the beneficiary (winner) is. I bet Crone is driving up the coast with Joe Walsh in the background -- My maserati does 185... LOL

Cashing out on Monday..
I understand that your money comes to you via Neteller, but the Quarter site has to release it to them right? I don't know why Sandy, but I am getting the impression you are doing pretty good on that site. I set up an account with Neteller today. Very friendly and easy to work with. 8.5% fee on deposit was a shocker though. They get ya coming and going there. What a racket huh?
