$260 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot surges
I'm glad you appreciate my effort, but I really don't think it deserves a label of masterpiece. I think I did do a yeoman job of rebutting one of your weaker than normal attempts at insulting me with gutter language, but no more. There is more to address, but it's not really worth the trouble. It would be nice, though, to know what freedom and security have to do with where you honed your writing skills.

That's awesome, I would hate to go public if I won. You would have to beef up your home security, there are crazy people out there.

New Simple Log In page fixes problems with some devices
Some devices, such as the Kindle Fire HD and the HP TouchPad, have been experiencing problems using the regular Log In page that everyone uses. The symptoms are that after clicking the Log In button, the please wait icon continues swirling and never stops you never get logged in. Debugging on tablet devices is extremely difficult, because for some reason the tablet manufacturers do not provide debugging tools for the tablet browsers. So despite lots of attempts, I have not been able to figure

If you did win the jackpot...would you let a store clerk scan the ticket??
Not only do they check all the security of the ticket but investigate any other claims made for the ticket or against the winner such as child support, unpaid taxes and such.

Is everyone playing the lottery in hopes of being able to retire, what are your reasons for playing?
Hi everyone, Just curious what the different reasons are for playing the lottery? I'm assuming most people are playing for financial security but have heard of some people who win the lottery who still work in their jobs. I realize it really depends on how much a person wins before they could consider retiring from their job. I've mentioned this before but I started playing over 3 years ago because I was hoping to win enough money to send my daughter to college. Now that isn't the only reason

Name change once u win?
I had planned on trying that. What I don't know, is if the lottery would insist on publishing the name you were known by at the time you won. I'm pretty sure previous names will come up when they search your social security number for back taxes, child support etc.
