OK ..went to look at WI. eve. and it is a stack for sure. 2,,,,7,,,,,9 digits At least one every draw all the way back to June 20th. So.... 23 draws 23/divided by 3 = 7 times thats 7 times that we should have had numbers that did not contain these three digits. Thats 7 missed opportunities to hit from the other side. A straight Hot-Cold filter needs many past draws to work OK a boxed Hot-Cold filter does not need as many. There are 10 digits per position, for the straight filter, the top 5 digits would be the Hot digits and the next 5 digits down would be the Cold ones. There are only 2 conditions or states per position, either Hot or Cold. 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 total Hot-Cold patterns for this filter, same as for other filters like High-Low, Even-Odd and the In-Out.
