NCEL openly admitted that they can CHANGE the rules at thier own discretion.....so the question remains: how is this game fair if they can change the rules to increase revenue for themselves.. This sounds like cheating to me..!!!!

(unpaid albeit) I then decided to join because I was most impressed by the overall friendliness and sense of purpose of all who participated. In fact, there were many discussions about how to increase the membership and the eventual experiences of those who did join. Yep, it's ALWAYS better to play your own numbers...especially when you understand how lotto works and what the numbers MUST do in accordance to where they currently are and where they're likely to go. A computer (QP) cannot do this and will actually increase your chances of losing in most cases. I learned too, Jim. L.L.

So far I've only had one bad encounter and I think I've found a way to avoid them. Otherwise I am happy with the forum and thank GOD for all and any conformations on the didgets as it has increased my household finances which has truly been a blessing.
