OK, so for evening .... the most due vtrac pairs are v15 and v25 Vtrac Pair v15 is pairs (04 09 54 59) Vtrac Pair v25 is pairs (14 19 64 69) The most due pairs for Evening are 09* 19* 01 28 39 Now you look at your most due pairs for Evening and Overall and then put numbers together....I will also use missing digits to put together with pairs.... Now if you look at the due vtrac pairs you see the 19 and 09 pairs .. and then you see the 19 and 09 are the most due pairs for evening ...

I delete the combined draw games for Pick 3 and Pick 4 1st. Create a new Pick 3 and Pick 4 games.
