No, actually I do work on the casino floor. The weather is not going to alter the 1 in 10 chance of a particular ball being grabbed by the machine as a winning number. That one is not it could be figured out , it's just plain not possible. As far as the mechanics of balls slamming into each other, there's no question that after a long enough period of time, the drawings will be very predictable, because the balls will get so out of shape, only the three most round balls will get picked while the others lay at the bottom of the machine

There's an oid Twilight Zone episode where a gambler dies and goes to someplace with a casino. When he gets there he goies on an incredible winning streak.
