Bleudog101, I am not a fan of political donations. It leads to corruption. I think we as a nation should try Public financing of elections. Give each candidate a fixed amount of money and see how they spend it. We trust our elected officials with voting on billions of dollars of our taxes. We should expect more from the candidates. Corruption attracts the wrong type of person. They leave office with riches while their paycheck was generous but not that amount.
