Guaranteed lotto win, lol
I guess you could theoretically blame eBay, but I don't like to. There are a couple of reasons.First, I am in the same position they are. I try to keep on top of everything, but occasionally something slips through. And in those times I don't want to take some kind of blame for some bad people trying to take advantage of my web site.Second, if eBay were to put policies/procedures into place that would 100% completely eliminate all fraud, they would have to be so restrictive that no one would

Lottery ticket number crucial to trial
from what i have read,it sounds like they cheated the couple. i would agree with you all about them giving it to her,but she has been caught in alot of lies.reread the story again, and look at it unbiased,it seems like fraud to me. they are an older couple, maybe they cant read or see as good as they used too,and asked her to check it and she told them it was a looser,of course they would believe her.and they turned it in 4 days later and cashed it,seems very fishy to me,anyone else agree with me

National Parapsychology Center
Well, for one, it's a scam operation. I found about this one a long time ago. It should be run by a lady (originally from Arkansas and possibly first convicted there for fraud) with a French-sounding alias (there have been several over the years) and a shady history who may or may not now reside in Montreal. For more on this use the search engine in your browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) or Google (http://www.google.com) and do a search on national parapsychology center (lower case) to g

Lotto tickets only good one time around
An apparent gold mine found in the convenience store trash was too good to be true.Police said Michael John Dornbrock, 45, of 2306 W. Fourth St., Cedar Falls, found a batch of winning scratch-off lottery tickets in the garbage of a Jefferson Street store. The tickets -- 16 in all -- had already been redeemed for cash and then thrown out, according to the police report. But Dornbrock dug them out and took them to the Hy-Vee grocery store on University Avenue where he tried to turn them in for cash

Lottery Loser's Shady Past
Luckycat, What is it like in your world? Are you in there all by yourself? Is there a sun and a moon in your world. Are there trees, and grass, and lakes, and parks? It must really be nice to live in a world where people don't lie, cheat, or COMMIT FRAUD - just to get money. You seem to be miles ahead of everyone else, having figured out that Mrs Jamerson's husband is the real culprit. I wonder if Mr and Mrs Jamerson were also involved with drugging and robbing Jack W. back in August. Or mayb

Are Lotteries Rigged
I agree on your points about the closed set (lack of public access) and computerized drawings. I think both practices should be banned because of possiblility of fraud.I don't know why you're surprised that the lottery knows all the numbers being played, and where the tickets were sold. I should hope they know all that - if they didn't we'd all be in trouble. It is also a common practice in states with fixed payouts (as opposed to pari-mutuel) that they will limit the number of tickets that c

Are Lotteries Rigged
if you think lotteries are rigged than why are you here?while the accounting on scratch tickets may very state to state most people here play pick 3/4/5 games or powerball/mega/state lotteries not scratch tickets since scratch tickets offer the least amount of money at the worst of odds. fixing either type of lotteries would be very difficult at best. if the Texas lottery claimed that a set of scratch tickets were lost that would hardly equal fraud. i doubt anyone would forge a scratch ticket if
