Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's a FACT, not a theory, that light travels at 186,000 miles per second. They have very precise instruments that measure it.

When US Soldiers are under UN control they have no duty to Obey their first Oath. The moment they put that UN patch on their Uniform they swear their allegiance to the United Nations. if you can get the 4th number correct like making that wheel a state of the art, or number position wheel (the 4th number)....

A short while ago, I tried to post an image of my excel spreadsheet and didn't even get as far as you got. The funny thing is, I was able to post an image of my spreadsheet earlier this year with no problems....oh well.
