Any Pick3 system with past performace proof?
First let me say thank you so much for taking the time to share what you have. You certainly have flipped a switch and left me thinking about some things that i had not considered or thought of that i found not only interesting, but fascinating. I really enjoyed reading your responses as i always love to look at things from all angles and expand into uncharted territories that i had not considered before.
But i do have a few things i am curious about that you stated.
In my opinion, when i

Powerball Power Play variable multiplier to return in January
The Powerball Power Play variable prize multiplier will return starting with the Jan. 22, 2014, drawing, the Pennsylvania Lottery said today.
Under new game rules, a separate drawing will be performed to select the Power Play number a 2, 3, 4 or 5 for all prizes except the jackpot and the Match 5 prize. The Match 5 prize is $2 million if the Power Play option is purchased.
The return of the Power Play variable multiplier is expected to be popular with our Powerball players, said Lottery E

DG Filters For Dummies
OK I'll try to explain in laymens terms what each filter means. Some of them are pretty simple to understand.
O-D (Odd Digit) - This is the total number of ODD Digits from the drawing. For example, today NJ Midday drawing was 9-4-4. So the 9 was the only Odd digit so the filter value would be a 1. The filter setting range from 0 through 3.
E-O (Even to Odd) - This is if the 1st position is an Even Digit drawn and the 2nd Position is an Odd digit drawn. For example

Playing The Mega Millions And Powerball Lottery Games Is Very Expensive $15,600.
We should not be playing the lottery, if we can't afford to spend $5 or $10 per drawing on any lottery game.
For a $2 bet a pick-4 player can get 96 chances to win $100. On the reverse side if they were trying to hit straight, they must spend $1000 to get a 20% chance to win $500. Do you have any logic or real facts to back up why it's necessary to spend $5 or $10 per drawing on pick-3 and pick-4 games?
The average lottery player spends $30 a week on the lottery.

why did more people win in the 1990's than today? Lotto.
This thread was never about the ticket sales or $$$$$$$$. Its about how 75, 89, 100, 103 to 150 human beings in Washington state almost every drawing were able to somehow attain or pick 5 of the 6 winning numbers in 1993 and today only 5 to 10 people can do it on average today.
The loss in volume of ticket sales is a contributing factor and more so a factor now because there are three drawings a week. If there were two drawings a week in 2001 or 1993, the average ticket sales per drawing we

POLL - State Raffles
I've bought several tickets for FL's raffle this year. I'll be happy with $1k, but it seems like this lottery has more and better payouts than some of the other state lotteries listed on this thread. Not sure why they wouldn't be more comparable from state to state if the revenue generated is the same...

$174 MILLION: Tomorrow's Powerball lottery jackpot red hot
By Todd Northrop
The multi-state Powerball lottery drawing took place Wednesday night without any jackpot winners, causing the new jackpot for Saturday's drawing to grow to an estimated $174 million, with a cash option of $110 million.
Saturday night was the 10th consecutive drawing without a jackpot winner.
Even though there were no jackpot winners, 3 lucky players matched the first 5 numbers for a $1,000,000 prize: 1 from Idaho, 1 from Iowa, and 1 from North Carolina.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Coin,
Playing a full 28 number wheel with 98,280 combos and matching all five numbers gives a 1 in 46 chance of hitting the jackpot so even if a player could match all five numbers once out of every three drawings, it would have no effect on the game. Any group of 28 numbers has a 1 in 39 chance of matching all five numbers and so does any group of 98,280 QPs even if the QPs are bought by 98,280 different players.
Looking at the results drawing after drawing I don't see anyone popping any
