increase we have both the 915 and 914 in the workouts........ could this be an omen?????????945 948 958 is also there..I think blackie had the 948 in one of his workouts this week ill check the 598 is due so im thinking.............

Well I have to agree that things seems fishy, but why would Tom Sheehan do anything about it, they're the biggest crooks look at how low their payouts have started being for pick 3 all of a sudden. NCEL can't blame the reason on the economy because they had an increase in sales the past quarter. So to complain about people winning at scratch off's are nothing compared to a lottery system that hold certain numbers from falling for years, by altering the drawings, claiming there's technical diffic

Nope but you would think so, but that's not the case. You must didn't see the news the other week when they was talking about how the lottery sales increased during these economic times. People are trying anything possible to make ends meet, or to get ahead so therefore they take a chance with the lottery. But anyway, trust me when the numbers come out this year for the sales of NC lottery, I promise you'll see and increase in ticket sales. I guess they'll be getting big bonuses this year. Good
