I am still doing some research on midday but I can tell you this so far. they are just running repeating vtracs. Yes, the same vtrac comes out 2 or 3 times and then they change it. I thought the state lotteries were supposed to be so much better than street numbers. I don't think so. I would rather play street numbers anyday. Good question! Thanks for posting that inquiry. When I have written them about specific changes or revisal they are quick to respond. Most often if they dont have the answer right away they will follow up with an appropriate answer. The hard part is reporting an obvious violation. They dont want to hear that a lottery vendor is cheating the system.
