The best thing for a state to do is just not advertise Powerball, just advertise in-state games. The big jackpots will sell themselves, Powerball needs no advertising (well it might right now). When Florida finally joins PB (they can't join MM because they're full up after CA joined), it should be done with absolutely no fanfare, and no advertising. Just a small press release, and that's it.

If I had the option of staying anonymous I would, but Oregon doesn't allow that. It shouldn't be too bad though, because all you have to release is your name and city. I'd avoid any kind of press conferance. Unless I'm the next Jack Whittaker, I figure people will forget about me in a couple months and they'll be hounding the newer big winners.

While we are waiting, my LS1.7 hit 3 numbers tonight Guru: From past posts, you said the prediction engine for LS 1.8 is ready, could you not release that first then further improve the software ?.Oh I believe there is a animation exhibition in Belgium, probably why Guru hasn't replied.

I was just disgusted by them issuing a press release promising changes coming soon, then months later, no sign that anything is being done. If they make the changes and I approve of whatever they are, I will probably get another ST. Now I just hope the number I had doesn't come in.
