HOw to Go After Italy Superena Lotto...
you look at the ending digits...they are from: 0-9... you let: 1 and 6 = 1 2 and 7 = 2 3 and 8 = 3 4 and 9 = 4 5 and 0 = 5.... then let s say: 33-39-45-57-61-77 plays....the ending digits are: 3-9-5-7-1-7 but compressed they will be: 3-4-5-2-1-2 you then apply the delta difference numbers to the compressed numbers but using bigato difference numbers...It will be: 3,+1,+1,-3,-1,+1 and that s all you have to guess....and then deduce or add the starting digits missing

dream
I had a dream last night that involved several details. Please see below, What NY pick 3 numbers can I play today? Candles of red, yellow, green burning in my dream.. Beautiful tall plants in my home Beautiful pool A set of keys in my hand Children playing in the backyard Making peace with an enemy Visting and knocking on my friends door to pay them money I owed them. Man complaining about money owed to him strange odor coming from that man.

Living off of winnings VS living off of interest.
Details that I worked out. I found a nice piece of property for residental in Wyoming, 75 acres 2 miles out of Sundance WY. Would offer convenience yet enough remoteness to make me happy. If I had millions I figure that I could afford to get 2 miles of cable layed. Otherwise, a bit slower, many areas that have telephone, also have DSL. Sattelite Internet, just plain sucks. High speed is only one way, and after you use too much bandwith they slow you down. For power, I would probably start wit

Scratch Off Strategy
I, along with other players, have been studying the scratch-off deal in terms of odds and winners. It seems that the odds are actually much better with these games especially with the top payouts. Problem is that the good paying tickets cost $10 and up which can add up if you don't get a reasonable winner after purchasing several tickets or so. Still, the idea of hitting big is a high possibility if you manage to get a good string of tickets. Well, we're currently organizing a nice group of p

Fooled by Randomness
RL-RANDOMLOGIC, Indirectly and oversimplified, here is your method in a nutshell, defined by you: I will say in advance that you(meaning me I presume, Jimmy4164) will not see any advantage in removing even one number from a pool of numbers because how can this force the lottery not to draw that number or some long line of bull... You are absolutely right; I would not see any advantage other than you might be able to afford to buy a subset of the possible outcomes and not be able to af

Fooled by Randomness
RL, Conviced of WHAT? Now tell me which would be the better method. Choice #1 Play the penny first selected Choice #2 remove it from the pool and make another selection. ...that removing numbers from your betting choices that are available to the Random Drawing Machines under the mistaken notion that they are less likely to be drawn so as to reduce the number of tickets you must purchase == is going to increase your odds of winning? I think you're still trying to convince yo

POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
You can sue anybody for any thing. Fill out the papers and pay the fee, and the process starts. The real question is will the suit be dismissed quickly or will it continue? What *exactly* would you sue the lottery for? Not being able to generate every possible combination isn't a cause of action in itself. OTOH, if the lottery claims that the RNG generates random combinations and it doesn't* there might be a cause of action. If they know it can't generate them all they may be committing fraud

Why do people play QP's?
In the sense of the glass being half empty or half full, from another LP member in the Jackpot forums let's consider this: So there is no need to buy multipletickets in order to win big. That is why you see people winning themega millions and powerball with $1 QUICK PICK ALL THE TIME. Smartplayers collect money from those players that push the jackpot toa higher amount by playing the least amount of money as possible.Forexample on 8/28/2009 two smart players won the $336 million megamillions
