Man busts through store roof, steals lottery tickets
Groppo had to re-read the article AGAIN couldn't believe he is just a babe of 30 years of age. That's what a rough life will do to you, age you like there's no tomorrow. If he lives long enough and doesn't change his ways now, he may never get social security assuming he hasn't met the requirements. Don't know/don't care.

Aunt threatens to sue nephew over lottery jackpot
I am not sure what you mean by contract law. You have a legal expect quoted in the article who did not rule out verbal agreements. This is not a small claims case so the money involved has little to do with the type of law applied. We are waiting to see what supercedes only...the signature or the verbal dialogue. There clearly was not a meeting of the minds on any contract.

Wisconsin SuperCash $$
The local paper up north published pictures and an article about the two lottery winners this afternoon. Seems they're brothers. The one on the left (Earl) bought his ticket at the Barely Tolerable strip club in Alma BTW he paid 5 dollars for that ticket. The other brother (pictured on the right) Orson, bought his ticket in Merrillan at the Last Chance gas station. He also left without paying for the gas. Notify police if you see him.

He treated the winning ticket like it was trash. ... l failed to find that anywhere in the article Music* Could it be that you confusing this account with another? He was probably born in Algeria, educated guess. Skin tone like Zizou - aka Zinedine Zidane.

I have developed a method to play Jackpot Games.
It sounds like you're on to something. That is great. I need to read the article in the book to see if I can figure out what there is. It would be nice to win some money.

Your dog could be a Tennessee Lottery scratch-off star

Lottery winner says she dreamed about Fantasy 5 jackpot win the night before
Your example is a bit of a stretch in terms of negativity . The article itself stated she went to her favorite store which just happened to be a liquor store. You didn't step on my toes, I was just wondering what had you so riled up. I think everything will be okay.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
One thing to remember on unclaimed large and mid-range prizes is the possibility that a winning ticket was thrown away from someone thinking it was not a winner. I have heard of this happening in the past and another case of this was in a news story today on the LP News page article titled Woman nearly throws away $2M lottery ticket . Luckily in this case, someone else decided to double check the ticket and found it was a winner...

Speculation begins about NJ winner of Mega Millions lottery
I had always heard that the winner's name and home town was published by the NJ Lottery Commission. What I found interesting about this article was that it mentioned that the winner could be either a person or an organization. From the various stories of lotto winners from NJ I have heard over the years, an organization has never claimed the prize. Is this something new? Can one claim their lottery prize via a trust or an LLC? Would love to hear others comments.
