Sex Offender Wins$57 Million in Lottery
Stack, it would take too long to explain why I feel that Dateline show never should have aired. In short, they used entrapment. Obviously the network wanted to increase ratings. When did the media begin replacing law enforcement? Our laws say that even perverts have the right to a fair trial. Anyway, the article I read about the subject winner said that he took a plea when charged with having sex with a 13 year old girl. Sounds like more than intent.

Do you have the "FEELING" that you'll win or just the "HOPE"?
What about once every two years or so? Yes. The problem for me, is the limited amount of money I can put towards winning that first jackpot. I usually only play $5 per drawing, sometimes $10. Getting that first jackpot win would allow me to increase my wager per draw, which means more combinations, which means a better chance of winning. Just give me the first jackpot win and it's all downhill from there.

Mass. Lottery doubles up on drawings
Lottery spokesman Dan Rosenfeld said players have asked for two drawings to increase their chances to make money. What players? Has anyone ever heard anyone ask for it? I haven't in the past 25 years.

Man claims $16M Florida Lotto prize
Think, I agree with you. If you go back and read what I wrote, I did mention that at least the new game gives players a choice. I was only stating that I try to stick to a budget and prefer to take any extra money I choose to spend and bet it on either another game or an additional ticket instead of increasing the jackpot. Obviously the man who won $16 million is happy he spent one extra dollar for $10 million more. For me, considering the odds, I'd rather increase my chances. However, you do ha

California Lottery revenues dip
If California and other states would raise payouts sales would increase no matter the economy. Myopic legislators can't seem to grasp the obvious. If Federal tax laws were revised to abolish tax on lottery wins following in Europe's footsteps ... then money would flow into states' lotteries from all over the world.

Californians to get a full year to claim Mega Millions lottery prizes
I would like to see them increase the deadline to twenty or thirty years; maybe even fifty. First of all, because stupid people need all the advantages society can give them. Also, maybe the original holder will die, and a more intelligent sibling will find the ticket and claim the prize. The longer it takes for the state to grab the money, the better the chance some great-great granchild will find the ticket in the junk in the closet drawer.

Gambling
I 've noticed i've improved my picking well in the last three years, but am afraid to bet too much. I can see that on several bets I would have won a larger prize if I dared to increase the wagering.
