Curious. What would the payouts be?
petergrfn: I beleive the payouts are more like this !!!! 63.6% of the prize pool. Example 400 million would render the claiment a cool $254,400,000 before taxes if the cash option was selected. However, I think most Lottery Commissions are required by law to take out at least 25% before the claiment is cut a check. Any remaining IRS payments are the responsibility of the claiment depending on his or her tax bracket. SOOOOOOO that would leave a check cut in the amount of $190,800,000

Ga Win-4-Life * SirMetro's Picks
The method used to select the numbers is similiar to what I describe here https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/139740.htm The wheel I use for W4L uses 13 numbers, so that is what I pull. I have another wheel that uses 20 numbers and I have had so so luck with it. I prefer to go after a smaller pool of numbers. The numbers I highlight are either supposedly due (based upon past history performance) or well over due. For example, a number typically skips 4 games between hits, it has been 4

interesting technique
Hey hey, Stumbled across this interesting website about lottery strategy. Looks like there is a lot of info in it, but I haven't gone through it all. http://www.saliu.com/LottoWin.htm He talks about selecting numbers using the last 12 draws (for cash 40/lotto) and last 3 draws (for pick 3/4). Statistically, this happens quite frequently and increases your odds of hitting. I tries it last night with a $3 bet for NY take 5 and won $23 (3/5 numbers). woohoo. (man, I was on a serious loooo

Wisconsin factory workers win $208M Powerball lottery
Not trying to 'out' anybody. I'm just wondering why we'd never heard of one of these 'split' payoffs before. This is what I was getting at: in your example above: The two winners want different options. The $9 million cash is split. The cash guy takes $4.5 million in cash. The annuity guy gets $4.5 million plus interest (for maybe $10 million annuity). OK- so the annuity guy - the annuity is based on the casah option value, even though it is an annuity - meaning that ha

Expert Lotto
OK, Expert Lotto's Winning Numbers History strategy can, does, and will work, it is possible if you meet the right conditions. The strategy is setup based on 11 different views of past occurrence. Each one of the 11 views has a sum value based on where each number drawn came from in conjunction with where it was last drawn, this forms the sums and the movement differences. The object is to make an educated guess how much each of the 11 sums will increase or decrease in value in the next drawing.

What is a 'Lottery System' Poll
Didn't vote. The definition of my System is: 1. Recognizing a consistent anomaly occuring within any pool of (jackpot) style lottery numbers. 2. Capitalizing on that anomaly by bringing it into view and presenting it in a consistant statistical format. 3. Establishing rules to accomplish the highest value in wagering bets. 4. Presenting the total package in a manner that promotes thought, participation, and personal choices. 5. Winning enough to keep it interesting until the big
