Former Indiana Lottery Director cleared of ethics charges
Schneider, who like Thomas was appointed by Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels, spent $10,000 in lottery money to sponsor a luncheon program named for Republican Sen. Richard Lugar, whose mission is to increase the number and influence of Hoosier Republican women in elected and appointed governmental and political positions at the local, state and federal levels. The lottery also paid $130 for employees to attend the lunch. $10,000 would buy a lot of books and art supplies for students.

Powerball & Megamillions Growing
I already accounted for the difference. Assuming that sales for this run match sales for the run that created the 365 million jackpot there would be almost $50 million cash for the jackpot prize pool. Increasing the annuity value by $90 million would require about $42 million. That would leave close to $8 million for the bonus pool (about $15 million if it were annuity, which is where the 105 in my last post came from). Advertising a jackpot of more than 365 could increase sales, but even MUSL i

Idea for Florida Lotto.
I don't like to be the one to say this but megaplier is more for a easy game, something like pick3 or W.Virginia Cash25 (even though i believe W.Virginia's Cash25 is still too hard)...If you had a game that was like pick4/20 then you can put in the megaplier...I also think the idea of a megaplier should be to increase the Main Jackpot (the first prize) and not the lower prizes...I consider the megaplier a rip off, a new invention from the lottery to suck up people's money... The Truth i

Raffle rules applied to a jackpot game
Then see my first post. The game you're describing is essentially unworkable. There are only three ways for the lottery to raise jackpots while keeping ticket prices the same. They can: 1.make the games harder to win (there's a reasonable argument that this is effectively an increase in the cost of playing), 2. reduce lower tier prizes to put more in the jackpot pool, or 3. keep less for themselves. We know that option 3 isn't likely, so pick your poison.

i want to hear from people here if you win regular in your RNG state
Well, I usually only play $5 a drawing on Pick 6, but a couple months ago, I played $10 each drawing for 10 weeks. Each time I played, I got 2-3 3/6's, and 1-2 2/6's. So I know my system works. I can't afford to play $10 a drawing though, so lately I've been playing Pick 5. I think once I've converted all my algorithms from Pick 6 to Pick 5, I should start hitting 4/5's and 5/5's. I can get 10 sets for $5(which in itself would increase my odds for that game) and the matrix is 5/36(compared to Pi

Someone explain...
I think most scratch-off players assume each ticket can win a decent prize and don't bother to check their odds or if the top prizes have already been claimed. Finding three like figures to win a prize is all they want to know because it's simple and easy to understand. Having to know more just complicates the process and increase their chances of throwing away a winner. I've seen players ask a clerks what's selling for a dollar or two and proceed to pick a bunch of tickets randomly from se

What will best help you to win the lottery?
It is possible to increase your odds by millions using a good system. Sure, luck will always play a roll in winning, but a system can help a person win, when otherwise they wouldn't have. I think a lot of people come to LP hoping someone will prove to them that's true, so far nobody has. It'll probably take a member who actually uses a system winning a lottery jackpot to convince them.

how many lottery tickets a week
Since buying multiple tickets for the same draw will only imperceptably improve one's chance of winning, I now typically only buy one play per draw (multi draw so that QP remains the same for the duration of that play which is the only thing I vary). Of course, if the QP looks ridculous (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 5, 54 PB/MB 40), I will sometimes buy one additional QP for that draw only. That is why I like playing PB in Indiana since I do have the option of choosing a few of the numbers and let the comput
