Well said LA Igrok. You get what you pay for. I rarely find a freebie that is worth much. Take for example my free lottery programs. Why are they free? Because they do nothing more than provide different ways of looking at the lottery and to test out some of my theories. Sure, some users may be winning with help from my programs, but I'd be willing to bet they are not winning on a regular basis, nor are they winning jackpots! No. In the US, you have to be 18. I ve lived in 31 states and it has been 18 in every single one of them. Jackpots over $451k are taxed at 37% which is the highest tax bracket and lots of states do not even tax lottery winnings. That being said, never buy tickets if you live in Cali.
