Lottery Pools are like business partnerships, they rarely turn out good. The best way to make sure that lottery pools don't turn ugly is for the person to buy the pool tickets all at once and mark the times, then buy the personal tickets a few minutes later, this way it can't be said that the winning ticket was apart of the pool of tickets.

If I was in a pool, I'd bring in a cork board and a few pins and just photocopy the tickets for everyone to see. Or get everyone in the pool to sign the back.

Myself I had 3 tickets, 2 with the powerplay. With the office pool of 20 people, we had 40 tickets. Pool tickets had 2 PB numbers, and then 1 or 2 numbers here and there on the other lines. Oh well.

Yeah, how is that possible? Does it even qualify as a pool with only one ticket? I'm thinking the pool will want to share the winning ticket even if its one of his personal tickets.

Sounds like you have more personal tickets than the office pool. I would expect an office pool to have more than just a ticket.

Thats what we do. Currently 19 people in the pool, we do not each get $1 back, then all the money goes back into the pool to purchase additional tickets along with our normal tickets

Nobody really knows exactly how much money will be in a jackpot pool post-draw. PB MM jackpots, Fantasy 5, what have you; all of the jackpots you see there are just estimates. The difference here is nobody at the lottery estimates what the 2nd prize pool will end up being.
