Here is part 2 of the new approach ... After getting a hit in the first new approach My confidence is up now, so his time I am going to start at $3 per number, per state. I will never understand the lotteries position to pay out $1 and $2 prizes. This totally dilutes the upper level prizes. Take the Illinois Little Lotto. I dont want a dollar back if I get 2 numbers. I would rather have bigger prizes for having 3 numbers and 4 numbers. For 4 numbers to pay only 100 bucks at over 3000 to 1 odds is a joke. Same with Lot o Play. Why pay back the two bucks. I myself live in Indiana and do NOT play the lottery here... for exactly the reasons above, plus I am extremely p*ssed when I deliver my children to school each year and have a tremendous HIGH cost to rent their school books, while our property taxes increase to offset the cost of having a school in our area.Not only is the money NOT flowing into our education system, but we have gambling boats down here also - where are those billions of dollars going?
