Conspiracy theories 101
True, you probably are wasting your time here. I've tried to explain that conspiracy theories and discrimination are rampant with lottery.
Certain states win all the jackpots, and look at the winners, almost all older, female, and African American. When's the last time an Asian man in his 30's has won? Serious discrimination!
No one will win a JP anyway without playing trends anyway. Trends will come up on 98/100 of drawings.
And what are those ports on the underside of lottery terminal

I hear you. Yeah, that makes sense. I agree the likelihood of it being throw out, or tossed by the lottery with only 1-2 jackpots remaining is probably high. If the $10 Gold Rush had more top prizes remaining, I'd be playing that ticket. Right now, the only tickets I want to play are Wheel of Fortune, the $10 Holiday Gifts (although it is possible the two top prizes were tossed away as holiday gifts to someone, or removed from circulation by Fl lottery when they picked up tickets from stores), a

The secret to winning lottery with Scratch off's
1249 is the game number- 1179286 should be the book number 21 is the ticket number on the book and our state does not have the (009) parenthesis , so I couldn't tell you what those elude too. I could do some research and try to figure it out.
At least that's how I'd read the back in our state. The rest comes down to taking the total print of your game and the total prizes along with the number of tickets per book and I could tell you if you're close to a jackpot section. It would also h

Lottery rigging scandal prompts security audit in South Dakota
The scandal unfolding in Iowa, where software allowed some results to be rigged in multi-state lotto drawings, has added to concerns among South Dakota Lottery officials, spurring them to proceed Thursday in requesting proposals for a security review of South Dakota Lottery facilities.
The review also would cover the statewide video-lottery system and the statewide lotto jackpot system.
Each separately connects with hundreds of private businesses.
The scratch-ticket system also would be

Lottery scammer's brother facing criminal charges
The brother of a former Iowa lottery security official convicted of fixing a 2010 Hot Lotto drawing in an attempt to win millions is now facing an Iowa criminal charge of his own, online records show.
Tommy Tipton, of Flatonia, Texas, was booked into the Polk County Jail at about 4:40 a.m. Wednesday on a felony charge of ongoing criminal conduct.
He posted a $25,000 bond and was released from the jail before 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Tipton, 43, resigned his elected position as a Texas justi

As a newer lottery player (I started playing scratchoffs maybe around October or November of 2015), it seems like whenever I read about the older tickets they had better payout rates. It doesn't surprise me, to be honest. I looked at the new tickets coming out this Tuesday, and the jackpots on them seem even lower. The $1 ticket is down to $3,000, for example. There's a bonus box on the new tickets, but I think that's a sign they are designed to generate more revenue.
I hear you. Whenever I

Unclaimed jackpots from games that ended?
IMO, I think thats borderline fraud. The State Lottery Commission knows if a Jackpot ticket has been sent out for sale. When they pull old games with Jackpots remaining, im willing to bet they know if a Jackpot was pulled. Its not like the tickets get picked up, and then destroyed without the lottery commission knowing exactly what they have brought back in.
Think about it this way.... What would stop them from putting out a new $10 game with a 2mil Jackpot, not releasing the winning ti

Just bought a book of ($2) $100 Cash Frenzy.
Game is almost four years old and still has four jackpots.
After I'm done scratching them i'll put up the results.
If anybody sees cash frenzy you should give them a try, easiest $2 game to win $100 on.
It also seems most of you are getting burnt on $20 $25 games.

Time for Mega Millions to change
Monopoly Millionaire.
For all those crying in the wilderness, give us a game that allows lots of million dollar prizes . It did not have a big jackpot. It wasn't designed to.
The way I look at it is this. ALL lottery games are hard. Heck, I spent a fair amount of money trying to hit a Pick 4 straight, and that's only 1 in 10000. By fair amount, I'm talking $5 on one number for $25000. But, I finally realized $25000 is a nice score, but in the big picture of things, not really what I'm want
