.... Huuuum , yea you and I do have a different understanding of the meaning of Probability... But that's what forums like these are for... meeting of the like minded ... But now, your examples of the horses and sports teams, scratch-off ticket are expressing odds , not probability.. As I have said before,.. Probability and Odds are 2 different things..ask any Math Professor.. pick up any good book on Probability, it will tell you that.. Again, a simple analogy is in order here..

you have nothing to fear since you have your lottery ticket proving you were buying a lottery ticket across the street from the bank! Having a lottery ticket only proves that you have a lottery ticket. OTOH, if the place where you bought the lottery ticket has surveillance video that shows you buying a lottery ticket at the same time the bank was being robbed your attorney is definitely going to want to show that video to the jury if it hasn't already convinced the cops you're not their guy

1. Rogue values are a base-10 to base-4 conversion. 2. The Ultra-34 is basically a rogue positional string wheel. 3. In pick-3 you select 3 digits from a pool of digits 0 to 9. 4. A pick-3 rogue has 5 digits ranged 0 to 3 5. There are 5 rogue positions for a pick-3 labeled abcde, a=position-1, b=position-2 etc. 6. The program does all the conversions for you, base-10 to base-4 then base-4 back to base-10. 7. You can play up to 4 rogue values in each position, playing 1 value

I have one last program for statistical analysis of games.
