Quarterly or yearly payments?
Lottery players overwhelmingly prefer to receive their winnings in lump sum. This poll deals with whether it's less attractive to receive quarterly payments (eg the NY Debt for Life series; GA-KY-VA Lose for Life) or yearly installments (jackpot games; PA Unlucky for Life).

Lottomike, you are the one that started that favorite lottery poster member poll not me. More than me got in your case for that. You are the one that had LP members at each other throats. People don't complain about my stupid polls but they complain about yours. You can't say anything about slamming, because you dedicated a whole blog telling how much you couldn't stand somebody. Whoever voted for the next Powerball winner to be any of these states in the poll were wrong. Nebraska won this PB Jackpot of 365 million. Congratulations to NE for winning a PB Jackpot, but when was the last time Nebraska won a PB Jackpot?

There is no choice in the poll for staying with one set of #'s and refreshing others. I stay with the same Powerball and Palmetto 5 #'s but,I change my pick3,4 daily.

PB Jackpots
I think PB will roll this Saturday. It'll set a new North American jackpot record of 365 million. Do you think PB will roll for this Saturday (poll)? If so, do you think it will reach 365 million or between 340 and 365 million? Explain why or why not.
