I agree with you in part about QUINTO. Many state lotteries have successfully offered pick-5 ALL NUMBER games. WA should replace QUINTO with a pick-5 game where players choose NUMBERS instead of playing cards (queens, jacks, diamonds, clubs etc belong to scratch games.) I would also modify/retire Lucky for Life . If the WA state lottery intends to keep the game going, they should change the top prize to $500,000 LUMP-SUM, allow four players to win the maximum prize, pay $40 instead of $25 for m

I guess it would depend on the way I won. If I won on a quickpick, then I've hit my one and only chance at it. Time to retire from lotto and open practice in the fine art of loafing...but if I won by some killer system that told me before hand that I was going to win, and win I did.. we go back to that Well again and again, for sure!There's this dude in Canada who hit the 6/49 Jackpot 3 times! I'm happy you like my financial advice. I think it is reasonable that I receive 50% of your winning if you win....I mean, when you win. Financial advice is never free. Oh ya, and you should put me in charge of your financial estate. All that money would make you fat and lazy real quick.
