Secondly - You are almost correct in that there is no way to predict future draws. I would have said exact numbers for future draws. Neural nets and AI systems do not work. They are only as good as the input data, yes they are likely the best we have as far as being able to ID any past patterns in a chain of data, but that chain of data and the resultant pattern will almost 100% never happen again. I did a lot of modelling using NN and AI against old school excel trend and various polynomial predictions based on curve sectioning. You said l find it fascinating that the California lottery would withhold the names of these winners. I had no idea why you were focused on fascinating because my only point was there are several logical reasons why their names were withheld. Thanks for what I said: If Reyes signed the ticket and validated it, his name will be on the check and no legal reason for the California Lottery to publish the names of the other people in the pool in reply to your section 5.6.1 irrelevant stuff.
