here's where pari-mutuel prizes can work in CA's favor, and against them at the same time. they have the percentages at the wrong ends. you want a smaller percentage of the prize pool at the 2nd prize, and a larger perceentage at the lower levels. that way, the lower levels get better prizes, while the 2nd prize winner doesn't get screwed. the raising of percentages for lower prizes would increase player support, since that's what the players go for. they know that their odds of hitting the j

Computerized drawings can ALWAYS be rigged. The Delaware Lottery is a case in point. Your welcome, emilyg. But, I don't think I'm getting enough hits on my Pick 4 picks. Maybe in SC, but not in the other 3 I've been tracking, not even enough to break even. I had started off so well in GA, 2 hits really quickly. I need something else to factor in my calculations to increase my hit rate. Do you (or does anyone) have suggestions as to what I should take into consideration? What should I give more or less weight to when it comes to the Pick 4 games? Any thoughts?Thanks.
