I don't know if there is software that can help you win jackpots, but some software might be able to help you win lower prizes, I don't know if in the long run you will make a profit, but people don't want to just make a profit, like winning a few dollars, people want to make a big profit.
You do can get an advantage over the so called random if you use the right strategy when playing the lottery, the thing is, How much of an advantage can you get?
While you can win by being lucky, you can

$380 MILLION: Massive sales push Powerball jackpot higher
Who in their right mind needs a billion Dollars to live off?
If I'm hearing you right, what you're saying is no one needs a billion dollars to live off of, there for there should never be a billion dollar jackpot.
If we are going to accept this premise, that what we need to live off should equal the size of the jackpot, then someone could make the argument the jackpot should never be any bigger than 20 million. After all, who needs anything over 20 million to live off? And yet, here w

Yes. That was the suggestion area. You are free to make suggestions in the suggestion area. That's why I made a suggestion to you on where you can take your suggestion.
As far as bringing certain things up , you make unsubstantiated claims about MUSL rigging the lottery for California. If you make a claim like that you have to expect people to call you out on it. We want to see you provide evidence of MUSL rigging games for California.
It's the spreading of crazy conspiracy theories like y

Wisconsin man repeats same feat of winning multiple lottery jackpots
This just reaffirms for me that these games cannot be completely random. You've got a mathematician in Tx
that breaks the games and wins several jackpots in just 5 years. Another man in Canada that breaks the
jackpot several times in 5 years again (all drawing games).
Especially with computerized games, it simply cannot be 100% random. So now it's just a matter of cracking
it like this guy did. I'm happy for the guy personally, just wish I could do the same. lol

Powerball is kicking it up-10 millionaires were made tonight!!.
Amazing how even $300 million advertised annuity jackpots aren't exciting. Main reason seems to be jackpot fatigue - it's no longer new, etc. Also many players now perceive the odds of winning to be not just astronomical, but rather seemingly impossible (especially so with Mega Millions after its matrix change). Plus, to add insult to injury, the doubled price.
And more savvy players see through the overly inflated annuity jackpot amount; don't trust the estimates at all, since Powerball does

For those who complain about what states win
Speaking of getting old, your personal attacks and attempted flame wars are getting old, as you try to camouflage your anger of not winning and losing your money, you take your frustration's out on me.
As an interesting side note, you haven't bothered to check the miracle mile website, as it has reported only 3 WINS in 2014!!
Yes, people win jackpots, however most people aren't stateless, or between states.
You can spin all you want to ridicule me, I am not going to simply change my

For those who complain about what states win
Nope.
It just gets old when someone is constantly saying, Someone won the PB / MM jackpot and it wasn't me, boo hoo boo hoo and tries to camouflage it by blaming other states.
As has been said here, people win jackpots, states don't.
As an interesting and ironic side note, pickone4me has complained about places winning too often and in his state, Wisconsin, there's a town called Fond du Lac which sold so many winners that the stores selling them were called the Miracle Mile. Yo

Race and the lottery
Yes, but again, what is a large number of people? The concept of percentages existed 30 years ago so that should have been included. Good journalism would have approached this question with facts, not unsubstantiated innuendos. If statistics had backed up their claim, then the next step would be to question how the machines could possibly determine the race of the ticket purchaser.
There are a number of people here who believe the lottery is rigged so that only California gets the lions share

Player sues Oregon Lottery, charging video poker game rigged
Even if the auto-hold feature was the only choice, there is nothing forcing anyone to play. It's about the same as suing MUSL, a state lottery, or the store owner because your PB QP didn't win after reading that QPs win about 70% to 80% of the jackpots.
Curzi claims the State Lottery knows that video poker players believe that the auto-hold feature offers the best playing strategy, but has not informed them that it is not the case. Instead, the Lottery publicly advertises the theoretical payo

MegaMillions is ready to be won again
Have to look at the pool as a whole:
134.9/206 65.49% (1.53)
144.8/221 65.52% (1.53)
Note that the actual cash was $134.9 million for Tuesday's drawing. Don't forget the advertised jackpots are only estimates and based on sales projections.
They use the same interest factor for the next jackpot as the current one, and they don't always disclose the actual cash in the prize pool, which is why it seems like you get less (more) annuity for the cash. So if they used X for this jackpot th
