And can you imagine the rollovers? Would likely increase at the same rate but since they would be starting at one it could take 5 or more draws just to get to 10 prizes. True, there have been some unusual occurrences in the lottery. Off the top of my head I recall a few cases where consecutive jackpots were won, a skip, and then another won. People may identify it as hot, cold, streaks, whatever but in the grand scheme of the game they are just short-term fluctuations that average out.
