I dont come out here that much but when I do and look at the winners, I am amazed with these people: Blackapple, Bird, Mjwinsmith, Libra Dave, Konfmthismfs, Maddog, Tntea, Takeitz, Geos, Lucky, Sandy K, Homegirl, Rip Sorter, and so many more. these people are some good predictors. if your name is not up here doesnt mean that you are a good predictor. there are so many good predictors I just cant begin to name them all.this is a very useful website. keep up the good work

Libra- Thanks for sharing your thoughts! My post was to educate . Part of my career position required that I take a course in contractual law so its not as cut and dry as it appears in your above post. I'll respect this difference of some facts and wish the gentleman from canada a fair and just hearing on his case :)
